WEDDINGS + ENGAGEMENTS

I love being a wedding photographer and best of al I get to photograph some of the kindest most amazing people ever in gorgeous places! Also, I specialize in candid, photojournalistic story telling so I can capture their big day just as it happened so they can put the cell phone down and enjoy their wedding day.

LIFESTYLE + PORTRAITS

Portraits and lifestyle are my first loves in the photography field! I love meeting new people and capturing their stories through the lens of a camera so they can share for generations! I also love mentoring and working with other photographers to help them with their business and I'm always community over competition!

Your Wedding Day| 10 Must Have Shots

Being a wedding photographer gives me an advantage when it comes to planning and making sugesstions to my couples on their big day. In many instances it's easy for us photographers and any vendor in the wedding business to forget that our clients don't know how to plan a wedding, because it's their first and only time doing it! You'll be getting tons of suggestions and ideas from family and friends who think they know all about wedding planning and that is okay and welcomed, but it's great to get an idea of what your photographer is looking for to capture on your big day before it happens.

In the photography business there are many different shots that we are looking to capture throughout the day and most of them you aren't aware of while it's going on. For me, I try to capture candid moments throughout your day beginning with your bridal prep| i.e hair and makeup. This time is essential to grabbing those important details and catching you just before you turn from a Ms. to a Mrs.!

1. Getting your makeup and hair done.

2. The ring shot.

3. The dress. Ohhh the dress.

4. The dress zip or lace up.

5. The walk.

6. His look | Can be down the aisle first or at a first look

7. The parents.

8. Your first dance with the last partner.

9. Party moves.

10. Your getaway.
