SERVICES I OFFER:
Engagement Session: I love engagement sessions because its a better way for us to get to know each other! You can easily add on an engagement session to your collection. All sessions must be held within 30 miles of 21030. If further than that for location, a charge applies to all sessions further than that distance.
One or Two Photographers:You can either choose to have just me come and photograph the wedding or with a second shooter. Having a second shooter basically means that they help with getting photos of the groom getting ready, shorten time of portrait hour by taking responsibility of photographing the groom/groomsmen while I am photographing the bride/bridesmaid, and the second photographer adds shots from a different angle during the ceremony. Other than that, they typically just provide additional coverage and you receive additional images with a second photographer that you wouldn't. However, I have shot over 100 weddings alone without a second photographer and I can capture just as many amazing moments as a solo shooter as well as with another. So if you are on a budget, then you can totally check out those lower priced packages with a single photographer or add one on.
Coverage Hours:Every wedding is different. Sometimes couples want a first look, tons of getting ready photos, and have a sparkler send off while others just want the main events. I offer the hourly coverage options that I have because after doing over 200 weddings I've learned that those hours allow me to capture everything I know my couples need to remember their wedding.
Personal Use Release and Online Gallery: All the edited images from your wedding are completely yours! These are all the high resolution images from your wedding that turned out. Typically photos that are duplicates, blurry, bad lighting, or just not flattering are omitted. Typically clients can expect to receive about 100 edited images per hour of coverage! You'll receive an Online Gallery that you can share with your friends and family as well! All those images in your galleries also allow for free individual and mass downloads so that your family and friends can download any images they see that they want to keep as well... at no charge! Just make sure they tag the photographer in any social media posts ;) This gallery is also online for 10 years which means that if you accidentally delete your wedding photos they are still online and you can download as many times as you want! ALL COLLECTIONS INCLUDE AN ONLINE GALLERY AND PERSONAL USE RELEASE OF YOUR IMAGES.
Wedding Album: I truly believe in having a tangible product from the wedding day and I believe in keeping and having your images printed. All albums include custom design, lay-flat pages, online proofing, and free shipping right to your door.
One Hour Wedding Planning Meeting with Custom Timeline: For many of you its your first wedding and thats it, your only wedding, so how are you going to know how to create a timeline and tell all your people where to be and what to do to help you have the best day ever?! Well, thats where I can help! I will sit down with you, for a one hour planning session about 4 months before your wedding day. We will talk about times, locations, flow and organization of your wedding day. Many couples chose to hire a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding but no planning services, well lucky for you I can help with those! It's included with my ALL my collections with the exception of Collection I. I'm here to help and I REALLY truly want your day to be amazing and the best way to do this is to help all my couples create an amazing custom timeline to hep them relax on their wedding day!

PAYMENT SCHEDULES
THE NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER in ONE or TWO PAYMENTS
The retainer to secure your wedding date is 50% of the total package.
This retainer payment is non-refundable and secures me for your wedding date.
I will turn away any other couple interested in booking for your date.
This retainer payment can be paid upfront or split into two manageable payments
(the first 25% due at the time of signing and second due at least 6 months before)
THE FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Why?? Because I'm blocking off your entire wedding day and at your disposal for the entire day if you choose to change your schedule. That day is yours (depending on your hourly coverage). I will not book ANY other wedding on your wedding date; paying this retainer and your payments ensures that you have a reliable, professional photographer at your wedding. I will not cancel your wedding to book another wedding in the event that the other wedding is purchasing a higher package or a different location, this retainer ensures that both you and I are both bound and protected by contractual obligations to adhere to what was originally agreed upon.

WHEN DID YOU START PHOTOGRAPHY?
2013 ; I was a teacher assistant and pursuing my Master Degree in School Counseling at Loyola and my husband and I found out we were going to have twins. At the time, I had a friend who was a full time wedding photographer and she encouraged me to also start photograhing weddings, as I was already a family/engagement photographer. From then on, I invested in my equipment and my education and I've self taught myself everything from Lightroom to business lingo and the Comptroller of Maryland.
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
I have five full wedding galleries so you can look through them, these are REAL weddings that haven't been 'filtered' for the best photos ever. I want you to look through and tell me what you think my style is. Sometimes I'm candid (that dumb term photojournalistic) and documentarian; but in other aspects I need to traditionally pose you, your family, and the bridal party to get the shots.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU AND YOU CAN'T BE AT MY WEDDING?
Total, this has only happened one time and I have given my couple about 6 months notice because we unexpectedly found out we were expecting twins in February 2020. In that scenario, I gave my couple the option of a refund of their deposit or I could hire an associate photographer and additional second shooter to take on the wedding and I would still edit and maintain everything else throughout the wedding process. In the event that something happens to me sooner, your contract guarantees that I would substitute a competent, professional photographer, with similar artistic creation. This is something that is NOT expected to happen, but I have many resources and various other photographers I can reach out to if this were the case.
DO YOU HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER? WHO IS IT?
So, if Brooke isn't available (my second shooter) then I would hire another competant professional photographer with similar artistic creation to mine. Meaning, the second photographer I bring to the wedding would be equal to me in artistic and photographic capabilities! That way if something were to happen on the wedding day, you have TWO photographers to capture it who are both amazing!! Sometimes I even second shoot for other photographers to help out! We have a large network of photographers in our Baltimore Community so it's a great resource!
DO YOU BRING BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
Yeppers! I bring two full frame Canon 5D Mark IVs with me to every wedding plus a backup full frame camera body. I usually bring anywhere between 5 and 6 lenses and I purposefully carry two cameras with me at all times throughout the wedding in case something happens to one, I can't run back to my bag to switch during an important moment of the day! Also, my cameras record to TWO memory cards simultaneously throughout the wedding day. So that if something were to happen to one of the memory cards (thank god it hasn't) I have a backup with all of your images on it! I've been doing this a while and have photographed around 200 weddings so I've worked out all of my backup solutions!! I'd rather lose a piece of equipment anyday over losing important irreplaceable memories!
HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU SHOT?
As of October 2023 I've shot a total of 318 weddings/elopements! I take on about 30-40 weddings per year but typically end up shooting close to 50 per year.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Uhm, duh. Hahahaha. Every wedding photographer and wedding vendor should have insurance. I carry $2mil. liability coverage with State Farm and can show proof of insurance if requested by your venue.
IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE IF YOU NEED TO STAY AT MY WEDDING LONGER?
Depending on the time. If the sparkler exit or whatever goes over like 10/15 minutes I'm fine and won't charge an additional fee. Additional coverage hours are $475 per hour.
WHEN WILL I SEE MY IMAGES?
Contractually between 8-10 weeks. But if you've read my reviews on wedding wire you can see that typically it's between 2-3 weeks (or sooner). I do all my editing in house and I try to edit only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays so I can maintain some normal personal time with my family. I spend a lot of time on your images (about 40 hours per wedding) so I need that time to get those shots perfectly edited for you!
When searching for wedding vendors, I knew the photographer was the most important decision I could make – even more than the dress or the venue. I wanted photos that would not only document the day but capture the emotion as well. Lisa more than delivered on both! We have the most amazing mix of portraits and candid photos that really highlight the love we have for each other, our family and our friends. Lisa is a master at providing direction, while using light/shadows and interesting angles to make for beautiful and unique shots. And she does it all with humor and grace – she’s extremely charismatic; all our guests commented on how approachable and responsive she was throughout the event.
Additionally, I’d like to share a personal note about how wonderful Lisa is as a person, as well as a photographer. We had a lot go wrong leading up to our event – I lost my hair/makeup team 2 months before the wedding (Covid); I loved my venue, but wasn’t in love with their “getting ready” room; and every bride’s nightmare…rain showers rolled through on our big day. Guess who was there with helpful suggestions along the way? Lisa reached out to her colleagues and provided me with options for hair/makeup the same day I mentioned it to her. She also selflessly allowed my bridal party to get ready in her studio – and as a bonus, Lisa is already familiar with the lighting and décor, so these shots are gorgeous! Finally, Lisa kept in contact with me throughout the day of the wedding, keeping track of the weather and lighting and suggesting small modifications to make sure we got those shots we wanted. She even made use of the weather in several shots, creating dramatic and beautiful photos in the rain.
I think that if you read through any of Lisa’s reviews, you’ll see the same sentiments in each – she’s not only unbelievably talented, but an amazing person as well. Since contracting for my wedding, I’ve also had Lisa do boudoir for myself, and I’m in the process of booking a newborn session for a family member. When you go with Lisa Robin Photography, you truly have a photographer for life!
