Hey, welcome to my boudoir studio! It’s just north of Baltimore City at 12 Galloway Avenue, Suite 3D in Cockeysville. It’s a private third floor space, super comfy, and set up so we can get a ton of variety without you having to do anything other than show up and be you.Everything in here is movable, so we can switch up the vibe fast and knock out a bunch of different looks in one session. The natural light is stupid good, and there’s cozy furniture and simple, pretty setups that photograph really well. And if you want to get a little spicy at the end, there’s an optional wet set shower setup we can add on for something extra and different. No pressure, just an option if that’s your vibe.Basically: private, comfortable, flexible, and we can make it as chill or as bold as you want.

boudoir photography that’s about you.

Boudoir is how you hit pause on real life and come back to yourself. Not your job. Not your kids. Not your wedding planning. You. I’m a Baltimore area boudoir photographer, and my whole thing is bold, honest, confidence-forward boudoir photography that actually feels like you, not a fake version you think you’re supposed to be.
This isn’t only about “a gift for your partner” (although yeah, that part is fun). This is about remembering you’re still in there. Your size, your age, your stage of life, none of it disqualifies you. If anything, that’s the reason to do it.
I know because I’ve been there. I did a boudoir session for my husband during an anniversary workshop in Aruba and I went into it thinking, me? as a mom with a whole lot on my plate? This is going to be awkward and I’m going to hate it. I was wrong. It was a full reset. For once I didn’t feel like “mom” or “the one who gets everything done.” I felt gorgeous. That feeling sticks with you, and that’s the point.
My boudoir studio near Baltimore is private, comfortable, and zero judgment. You won’t be shoved into weird poses or told to “just be sexy.” I’ll guide you the entire time with clear direction that’s flattering, confident, and natural. You show up. I handle the rest.
This is your boudoir session, so we make it yours. If you’ve got ideas, tell me. If you don’t, also fine. We’ll build something bold, empowering, and real together.

Boudoir session info
&
what to expect

I’m nervous. Is that normal?

Uh, duh, yes lol. You’re doing something vulnerable with a person you just met, so of course your brain is like “this is weird.” I’ll walk you through everything, and once you see a couple shots, the nerves usually drop. Most people start off a little tense and then settle in fast once they realize they’re not being left to figure it out alone.

What's your style?

Bold, real, and very editorial. Clean posing, flattering angles, good light, and images that look intentional instead of cheesy. I don’t do porn-looking posing or anything that feels overly sexual for the sake of it. If you want sexy that still feels classy, you’re in the right place.

Will my images be shared online?

Nope, not unless you give explicit permission. Boudoir is personal, and I treat it that way. Anything you see online is from clients who chose to share or signed a release. If you want full privacy, you get full privacy.

Do I need to know how to pose or bring a shot list?

No. You don’t need to practice poses or bring a Pinterest plan unless you want to. I’ll direct you the entire time, including hands, face, posture, all of it. I’ll also adjust things as needed so you look good without feeling stiff. Your job is to show up, breathe, and let me do my job.

Do you have a client closet?

Hell yes. Sizes XS to 4XL, and everything in there was chosen because it photographs well and fits my studio vibe. Some collections include outfit choices from the closet, and those outfits are yours to keep. If you want extras, you can add closet outfits for $29 each.

I’m plus-sized. Will this still look good? Do you have outfits for me?

Yes and yes. I photograph every body type and I’m not here to “hide” you. I’ll help you pick outfits that actually flatter and pose you in a way that makes sense for your body. The goal is to walk out feeling better than when you walked in.

You’re cheaper than some studios. Am I getting scammed or upsold later?

No. My pricing is posted, straightforward, and your collection spells out what’s included. Boudoir pricing can be all over the place because some studios are built around high minimum spends and big sales sessions, and that’s not how I run my business. I also include options with and without makeup and hair styling so you can choose what you want, instead of paying for extras you don’t care about. Payment plans are available too, including Afterpay and custom plans.

When I’m comparing photographers, a lot of people charge a “session fee.” Why do you only offer collections?

A lot of boudoir studios charge a session fee just to shoot, and then you pay again later for images and products. That model works for some people, but I hate the feeling of surprise pricing after you’re already emotionally invested. I do collections because I want you to know the cost upfront and know what you’re getting. I also believe more people should be able to afford photos like this, even though boudoir is still a luxury.

Where is the studio and what’s parking like?

My boudoir studio is at 12 Galloway Avenue, Suite 3D, Cockeysville, MD 21030. It’s the second building closest to the gas station. Parking is usually easy and close. If you pull in and you’re unsure, message me and I’ll point you in the right direction.

What happens when I arrive?

We won’t jump straight into shooting the second you walk in. We’ll take a few minutes to settle in, breathe, and get comfy in the space. We’ll go over everything together, look through what you brought, and talk through what you want the session to feel like, not just what you want it to look like. Then we’ll walk around to each set so you can see the vibe in person, and we’ll make a game plan for which outfits make the most sense where. That way you’re not guessing, and you’re not changing into something only to realize two minutes later it would’ve been better in a different setup.

While we’re shooting, I’ll explain what we’re doing as we go, so you’re never standing there wondering what’s next or if you’re doing it “right.” We’ll start with super easy poses that feel natural, then build from there as you warm up. Nothing is rushed, or forced, and you’ll have direction the whole time. Also, I keep the studio stocked with the real life stuff: snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and little toiletries (hair ties, deodorant, wipes, whatever) because life happens and I’d rather you feel taken care of than spiral over something tiny.

What should I wear, and how many outfits should I bring?

Wear what makes you feel confident, not what you think you’re “supposed” to wear. Lingerie is great, but it’s not required. Bodysuits, an oversized button-down, a robe, jeans and a bra, a sweater, sheer layers, it all works.

Bring 2 to 4 outfit options even if your collection includes fewer looks. Things can feel totally different once you put them on in studio light. Sometimes you think you’ll love something and then you’re like “nope,” and that’s completely normal. More options means less stress, and once you’re here we can decide together what feels best and where it’ll look best in the studio.

And please, try everything on first. Like, actually put it on at home before you pack it. Move around, sit down, lift your arms, walk a little. If it pinches, rolls, gaps, rides up, scratches, or makes you want to tug at it every ten seconds, it’s probably not the outfit for photos. Check straps that won’t stay put, cups that gape, bodysuits that give you a front wedgie, and anything that only looks good if you stand perfectly still.

If you’re bringing heels or jewelry, try those with the outfit too. The goal is to show up feeling prepared, comfy, and confident, not stressed and adjusting your bra every two minutes.

Do you shoot nude?

Yes. Nude can be really beautiful when it’s done tastefully and with good posing and lighting. We can do implied nude, covered nude, or more open nude depending on what you’re comfortable with. You’re never locked into one vibe.

How do you handle boundaries during the session?

We’ll talk about your comfort level before we start, including what you want and what you do not want. You can say no at any point and you don’t need to explain yourself. If something feels weird, too exposed, too intense, or you just do not like it, we switch it up. And I have boundaries too. I do not shoot genitalia photos. I also do not do poses that feel too sexually explicit. If something makes me uncomfortable or feels like it crosses the line into “this isn’t boudoir anymore,” I’m going to steer us in a different direction. My job is to make images that feel hot, confident, flattering, and still tasteful. This is supposed to feel safe, not stressful. I’ll guide you the whole time and choose poses that keep you looking amazing while staying within your comfort zone. The vibe is collaborative. You’re in control, and I’m also going to protect the space so it stays respectful and comfortable for both of us.

Do I receive all the images? How fast do I get them?
Do my downloads come with a print release?

I take a few hundred photos during your session. Afterward, I go through everything and choose the best images to put into your private online gallery. That gallery is watermarked, on purpose, and you’ll have it in about 7 to 10 days.

All collections include your choice of a certain amount of edited images to download as high resolution, unwatermarked files. Once you get your gallery, you’ll pick your favorites, and if you want more than the fifteen, you can add on image packs or individual images. Full galleries usually land somewhere between 50 to 200 images depending on how long your session is and how many looks we shoot. Your downloaded images also come with a personal use print release. That means any images you purchase are yours to print and use personally however you want, and they’re delivered unwatermarked. You can order prints anywhere, make an album, save them on your phone, gift them to a partner, whatever. The print release applies to your included downloads and to any additional images you purchase, including the full gallery upgrade.

If you want all the edited images in your gallery, you can upgrade to download the full edited gallery for an additional amount.

Should I tan, wax, diet, or do anything special before my boudoir session?
What about nails, jewelry, rings, and little details?

Only do what makes you feel good. You don’t need to change your body for photos. If a wax, shave, spray tan, fresh brows, whatever helps you feel more confident, go for it. If you want to show up exactly as you are, also totally fine.

For the little details, if you can, do nails you won’t hate seeing in photos, but it doesn’t have to be fancy. Bring jewelry you love or keep it minimal, both look great depending on the vibe. Take off smart watches and hair ties on your wrists before we shoot so you don’t have marks. If rings matter to you, keep them. If not, we can take them off.

Do you offer hair and makeup?

Yep!! If you want hair and makeup to be part of your boudoir session, we can absolutely do that!

Some collections include professional makeup, and the higher collections can include on site hair styling too. It’s meant to be a more polished, photo ready version of you, not a totally different person. You’ll still look like yourself!

If you’d rather do your own and show up ready, that’s totally fine too. A lot of people feel most confident doing their own because they already know what they like and what works for their face. Zero judgment either way!

I built my pricing with options on purpose. I don’t want you stuck paying for extras you don’t care about. If hair and makeup is a must for you, we’ll pick a collection that includes it. If you’d rather put that money toward more images or products, do that instead!

Do I have to wear heels?

Absolutely not. If you LOVE heels, bring them and we’ll use them. If you hate heels, same, I’m right there with you. They’re basically a male invention and I’m not here to suffer. Bare feet looks great, and so do boots or sneakers if that’s more your vibe.

Can I bring a friend?

yes. If having your bestie there helps you relax, bring them. They can help you pick outfits, fix straps, make you laugh, and hype you up. If you’d rather come alone, that’s totally fine too.

When should I book if this is for a wedding gift?

Book at least two months before the wedding if you want to be stress-free. You’ll get your gallery fast, but albums and shipping still take time. Plan to choose album images at least a month before the wedding so you’re not cutting it close. Weekends are limited, so earlier is always better..

Can I include props?

Yes, props can make your session feel more personal. Think guitar, partner’s jersey, jacket, veil, sentimental stuff. Just run it by me first so we can plan how to use it well. Guns, offensive material, and sex toys are not allowed.
