Arthur and Zoe are such sweet souls and I’m so incredibly lucky that they chose me to be their wedding photographer for their October 2020 wedding at Camp Puh'tok! Since we first sat down to meet and talk about their wedding I knew how in love these two are, and it truly shows throughout their engagement session! We talked about what they really wanted from their wedding, Arthur and Zoe discussed how important it was that they had all of their friends and family there to celebrate with them, which is why it was a huge deal to choose Camp Puh’tok as their wedding venue (just outside of Baltimore) so they could have the entire weekend to celebrate with friends and family in a camping atmosphere!
These two are all about those candid, natural moments and honestly it wasn’t difficult to capture their essence during their Jerusalem Mill Village engagement session a few weeks ago! I’m really all about photojournalism and that’s no different in portraits or engagement sessions. Throughout the session I simply asked these two to talk with each other, be themselves, and have fun with it! I completely believe in being genuine and authentic with every couple and through the relationship that we build together I can capture those candid emotional moments that they share! Plus, I’m loving the vibrant colors throughout their session with bold green and pops of color like the covered bridge! Keeping with the candid moments is exactly what we did and we were so lucky to get that gorgeous sky in the background just before it opened up and rained!
Arthur + Zoe, thank you both for choosing me to capture your moments and be your wedding photographer!
