Taylor + Shawn | Fun + Bold Downtown Baltimore Maryland Wedding

Baltimore Wedding Photographer at the Ampersea by the Inner Harbor

Shawn + Taylor's downtown Baltimore Maryland wedding at the Ampersea Restaurant right on the inner harbor was downright amazing. They started their day off getting ready at the Hyatt downtown in a gorgeous suite that all of Taylors bridesmaids decorated with balloons and mimosas! Shawn was getting ready in the same hotel which was super convenient and he had all his best dudes and his mom and dad with him to help get ready throughout the day! Shout out to Cassie from Flawless Finish by Cassie McIntyre for doing a kick ass amazing job with the bridesmaids and Taylor!! After their first look on the large pier overlooking the famous Domino Sugar sign in downtown Baltimore we did some brief photos with the bridal party and Taylor and Shawn so that they could head to their cocktail hour and have a great time with their guests! I'm a huge advocate for a first look so that the bride and groom can enjoy all the drinks and food that they choose for their guests during cocktail hour and it takes a load off of all of the vendor team rushing around! I ALWAYS will still pull the bride and groom for sunset photos because.. sunset!

Finally lets get to the gorgeous backdrop of the Baltimore Inner Harbor that the two shared their wedding vows with rolling blue skies and vibrant hues in the distance of the harbor. After their ceremony they all got on the Baltimore water taxi, heyyyyy and had a few drinks, partied a bit then made their grand entrance to cocktail hour to rejoin their guests! My favorite DJ of all time, Dave Testerman, like seriously I almost exclusively recommend Dave for weddings because he actually knows how to mix music and grab people to the dance floor and he's an excellent MC! Check his website out at the bottom of this page! Finally at the end of the big party they had a grand sparkler exit and headed out to the after party in Fells!

I love me some Baltimore weddings and I'm super stoked that Taylor and Shawn trusted m with their wedding memories!!! <3
